Natalie Grun
Registered Dietitian
Hi there, I’m Natalie. I’m a registered and licensed dietitian practicing in Austin, Texas. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. In my free time, you can find me at creeks/hiking trails with my husband and dog or traveling around the world.
While I help people with various diagnoses, my passion lies in serving those that are struggling in their relationship with food or their body. It is an honor and privilege to be apart of my clients’ journeys. I prioritize your needs by meeting you where you are at and using a collaborative approach. In our sessions, I won’t just hear what you have to say, I will listen. I want to help you discover your own definition of health without shame or guilt attached to it.
I practice from an Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size approach. I am also a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian. I strive to promote an inclusive environment for all humans and provide health care that you deserve. If you would like to learn more or have any questions we can discuss during your free 15 min discovery call.

Liz Starnes LPC, ATR
Art Therapist
Hi, I’m Liz. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist virtually serving clients in the State of Texas. I graduated from Angelo State University with a Masters in Counseling and received a Post-Graduate Certification in Expressive Arts Therapy from Prescott College, in Prescott, Arizona.
I am known to enjoy gardening, walking, enjoying sunsets, listening to music, or sitting on the porch of a local café with friends. At home, I enjoy art making, reading, or cuddling with my two cats (Noah and Oliver) while streaming a new series on Netflix.
Over the years, my greatest joy and reward has been helping women and teens (16+) who have a history of trauma. So often, women come to therapy with debilitating anxiety, panic attacks, and depression to discover the issue the source of the symptoms is trauma. Often the traumatic experience is minimized and not considered "big" enough.
Because the trauma experience can result in feelings of disconnection from others and ourselves, I incorporate Expressive Arts Therapy with an evidence-based approach, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). The art-making provides the pathway to process the trauma in a deeper way – connecting the mind through CPT and the body/emotions through art-making. Sessions are designed to be at a pace comfortable to you. My goal is to walk with you on this journey, side by side, partnering in your healing process.
